This Week On What Matters...

Despite women and minorities in the workplace, the executive suite remains a predominantly caucasian male arena.  Numbers show Hispanics and Latinos represent only about 1% of the executives in the nation’s largest corporations.  Here in Hampton Roads, two men are changing the face of executive leadership at two major institutions and one woman is working hard to launch a dialogue in the Hispanic community.

Joining host Cathy Lewis, the new president of Regent University, Dr. Carlos Campo, the new president of Farm Fresh, Gaelo de la Fuente, and the founder of the Hispanic Community Dialog Organization, Beatriz Amberman.
