Most of us are paying more attention to what we consume.  Between health scares from spinach, tomatoes, and pet food, to concerns about the economic impact of shipping food from great distances, many people are looking to fill their dinner tables closer to home.  There are more and better farmers' markets throughout the region and there’s a growing movement whose goal is to connect consumers to the farmers who grow their food.  It is called community supported agriculture.

On this edition of What Matters, we’ll look at how the movement is taking shape here in Hampton Roads and how farm markets are literally growing the interests of so many consumers.
