Whether you call it ModSim or like to think of Hampton Roads as Sim City, there’s little question that the multi-billion dollar modeling and simulation industry is changing the way the world does business.

The economy is squeezing school budgets across the nation.  It is just one of the many challenges facing superintendents.  As the new school year gets underway, this week on "What Matters," Cathy Lewis talks with four school superintendents about the state of public education in the Hampton Roads area and beyond.
