Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays

From All Of Us At "What Matters"

On this special encore edition of What Matters, we're not in our studio.  We're coming to you from a Hampton Roads landmark, a place where generations have gathered for many reasons and one of them is to enjoy a piece of history.  Doumar's Restaurant is home to the first ice cream cone so say the history books and the Smithsonian Institute.

Cathy Lewis sits down at the famous drive-in diner with the venerable Albert Doumar for a behind-the-cones chat.  We'll get the scoop on this local inspiration of success and learn the story behind Doumar's charm.
