On this edition of What Matters, the season of storms is here.  Hurricane season generally doesn't become much of an issue in our area until late summer, but that doesn't mean you don't need to be ready.  How will you get to safer ground if you are ordered to evacuate the area?  Emergency officials work year-round on the plan to save lives.  Joining host Cathy Lewis to talk about these plans:  Jim Talbot, Assistant Director of Emergency Preparedness and Response for the City of Norfolk; Stephany Hanshaw, Traffic Operations Manager VDOT Eastern Region; and Chris Gunnufsen, WHRO Director of Engineering.

Cathy Lewis hosts "What Matters" Friday, July 3, 8:30 p.m. *
