Snuffing out smoke in Virginia restaurants isn't the only new law passed out of this year's Virginia General Assembly. We'll examine what passed and didn't pass during the session, as well as the state's budget. State lawmakers, a political science professor, and news reporter join What Matters host Cathy Lewis to discuss the issues.
