On this edition of What Matters, we're not in our usual studio home. We're coming to you from a Hampton Roads landmark, a place where generations have gathered for many reasons and one of them is to enjoy a piece of history. Doumar's Restaurant is home to the first ice cream cone so say the history books and the Smithsonian Institute.
