They are the leaders of not only two of Hampton Roads cities, but the two largest cities in Virginia.  On this edition of What Matters we bring Norfolk Mayor Paul Fraim and Virginia Beach Mayor Will Sessoms together for a conversation about the decisions that affect all of us in the region.  


Join host Cathy Lewis for a discussion about how these two leaders work together and what issues are before them right now.  Among the topics:  light rail, Midtown Tunnel expansion plans, and the future of Waterside.
