The races are over and the winners are looking ahead to serving as elected officials.  This week on "What Matters" our editorial round table talks about the Election Day outcome and what's next for those challenged with leading in Hampton Roads and across The Commonwealth of Virginia. 

This week, Virginian-Pilot editorial page editor Don Luzzatto, Daily Press political reporter and Shad Plank columnist Kimball Payne, Democratic political blogger Vivian Paige, and Republican political blogger Brian Kirwin join host Cathy Lewis for this discussion.
