Just got finished watching tonights show and loved it. I enjoy Cathy and the various topics she covers every week, but this week hit the spot. I used to listen to Pat Murphy back in the 80's when he was on WNIS. It was wonderful to see him again. The man has his facts together. I was thrilled to see him point out that the so called Transportation problem is VDOT not a lack of money. I sure hope they hear him in Richmond. Please have Pat back on again. We could all use a dose of Murphy more often. Really made the show a lot more interesting. Thanks for the program. Its one of the very few local programs that deals with real local issues left in our area. Thank you WHRO and Cathy Lewis.

Enjoyed you having the blogger/news types on 1/24. That group does more for public service information than the Virginian-Pilot does as a whole because it allows discussion of real opinions.

As you know Pat Murphy single-handedly terminated the tolls several years ago on State Rt. 44 and is probably one of Tidewater's most astute government watchers, state and local. He also is one of the most astute political experts who can argue/debate a multitude of issues with candor, and gentlemanly grace.

Love to see more of him with top journalists, editorial writers, and bloggers discussing the REAL local issues of the day.

We finally got some balance on the show. There isn't a spits worth of difference between the Democrat and Republican and it was refreshing to hear someone who isn't tied to a political party speak out. You elevated the intellectual firepower of this show by 100% with Pat Murphy on it. Please have him back more often. Loved the show.

Great show!! It was good to see and hear from Pat Murphy again. I used to listen to him on the radio and watch him on WAVY TV. I've missed hearing his commonsense views of State and local government. Thanks for adding him to the round table!
